· Music Planning and Production

▷ Plan new music projects

▷ Source songs, discover and manage producer partnerships

▷ Oversee production management (contracts, recording, content shooting, release material organization, etc.) and establish the music IP production process

▷ Discover new artists

· Music Marketing

▷ Develop marketing strategies and plans, and plan and produce marketing materials

▷ Execute SNS advertising

▷ Analyze marketing data
