■ What We Do

· Closely collaborate with the CEO and the leadership group, providing insights on legal issues and supporting crucial strategic decisions. Minimize legal risks and oversee organizational risk management to achieve the company's business objectives.

· Ensure the legal safety and compliance of MAKEUS by swiftly and effectively resolving internal and external legal disputes. Responsible for drafting, reviewing, executing, and managing contracts.

· Protect MAKEUS's creative assets through the registration, management, and handling of intellectual property (IP). Additionally, strictly implement compliance with legal recommendations and regulations from public institutions and strategically manage various lawsuits and disputes with the Fair Trade Commission.

■ Job Description (Legal)

· Draft, review, execute, and manage various contracts

· Provide legal advice and risk management related to business activities

· Handle IP applications and respond to infringements/violations

· Establish and revise standard contracts

· Operate and manage board meetings and shareholders' meetings
