■ What We Do

· This position involves recruiting members who want to join MAKEUS and creating systems and organizational culture that support the growth of internal members. The goal is to think about and implement necessary tasks to create an organization where members can focus on customer experience and enjoy their work.

· Listen to the opinions of the Dingo crew and communicate closely with the leadership group, including the CEO and COO. Continuously consider and design HR systems that can balance a flexible organizational culture with organizational goals to keep up with the rapidly changing pace of the company.

· As a partner in achieving the organization's business goals, resolve HR issues that may arise from various aspects, manage organizational engagement and change, and provide support to improve productivity.


■ Job Description (HR)

· Design and operate evaluation and compensation structures

· Analyze insights related to labor costs, personnel placement, and job functions

· Manage labor risks and respond to issues

· Build and develop organizational culture

· Establish recruitment systems and develop recruitment branding strategies

· 급Manage payroll, income tax, year-end settlements, and four major insurances
